The Waitlist will be fulfilled in chronological order based on the date and time of the deposit placed.

Upon seat selection, your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your Season Ticket Membership purchase.

In the event we are unable to offer Season Ticket Memberships in 2025, you will remain on the Waitlist and will be contacted when seats become available for you.

If you are a current Season Ticket Member, you do not need to place a deposit to keep/renew your seats. However, if you are looking to add on additional seats, a deposit must be placed.

Thanks to the dedicated fan support, the Dolphins have been sold out since 2022. The list was created to provide an organized and fair process for fans to have access to Dolphins Season Tickets when they become available and receive other Waitlist amenities.

By joining the Waitlist, you will have the earliest opportunity to secure season tickets once they become available. However, by joining the Waitlist you are not guaranteed tickets the upcoming season. Ticket availability will be determined after the current Season Ticket Member’s renewal and relocation program each offseason. Waitlist members will be the first group contacted to acquire new season tickets following this process.

You will receive a welcome email with membership details shortly after your deposits are placed. We will send communication throughout year including quarterly newsletters, special promotions and more. Seat selection will begin mid-February if you have an opportunity to select based on your priority on the Waitlist.

Ticket availability is based on the renewal rates of existing Season Ticket Members.

In the event we are unable to offer you a Season Ticket Membership, you will remain on the Waitlist and be contacted when seats do become available.

Email will be the primary form of communication for the Waitlist information and updates. The Dolphins will make every effort to ensure email notifications are received in a timely manner, but the Dolphins cannot guarantee email delivery related to spam, filters, or other firewalls. Those on the list are responsible for maintaining a valid email address that is able to receive Dolphins Waitlist emails, and are encouraged to notify the team if they feel communication is not being properly received by emailing waitlist@dolphins.com. It is the sole responsibility of those on the list to promptly notify the Dolphins if their email or telephone number changes.

No. Once you place your deposits, you will remain on the Waitlist until you are offered season tickets or request to be removed from the list.

Yes. If for any reason you wish to be removed from the Waitlist before season tickets become available, you will be issued a full deposit refund to the card on file. Please find waitlist removal form linked here.

DEPOSIT APPLICABLE TO FULL LICENSE FEE FOR 2025 MIAMI DOLPHINS SEASON MEMBERSHIP. RIGHT TO MEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING RIGHT TO LICENSE TICKETS, IS NOT GUARANTEED. IN THE EVENT A MEMBERSHIP IS NOT OFFERED FOR THE 2025 SEASON, THE DEPOSIT AUTOMATICALLY SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE WAITLIST FOR THE 2026 SEASON. IF MEMBERSHIP IS NOT OFFERED DURING THE 2026 SEASON, HOWEVER, YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT AND TO BE REMOVED FROM THE WAITLIST. IF NO REFUND REQUEST IS MADE, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE MIAMI DOLPHINS WILL CONTINUE TO RETAIN YOUR DEPOSIT AND APPLY IT TO THE WAITLIST FOR SUBSEQUENT SEASON(S) UNTIL MEMBERSHIP IS OFFERED. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED WITHIN 48 HOURS. YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED THE DEPOSIT CHARGE, COMMIT TO PAY THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT, AND WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO DISPUTE ANY CHARGES. MEMBERSHIPS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING REVOCATION WITHOUT CAUSE AND TERMS GOVERNING MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND USE OF TICKETS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE MIAMI DOLPHINS FROM TIME-TO-TIME.
