What will my deposit be applied to?
Upon seat selection, your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your Season Ticket Membership purchase.
Do I place a deposit if I am a current Season Ticket member?
If you are a current Season Ticket Member, you do not need to place a deposit to keep/renew your seats. However, if you are looking to add on additional seats, a deposit must be placed.
What happens after I place a Priority List deposit?
You will receive a welcome email with membership details shortly after your deposits are placed. We will send communication throughout the year, including quarterly newsletters, special promotions and more. Seat selection will begin mid-February if you have an opportunity to select based on your priority on the Priority List.
How is the Priority List fulfilled?
The Priority List will be fulfilled in chronological order based on the date and time of the deposit placed.
Why was the Dolphin Season Ticket Membership Priority List created?
Thanks to the dedicated fan support, the Dolphins have been sold out since 2022. The list was created to provide an organized and fair process for fans to have access to Dolphins Season Tickets when they become available and receive other Priority List amenities.
What does the Priority List process look like?
By joining the Priority List, you will have the earliest opportunity to secure season tickets once they become available. However, by joining the Priority List you are not guaranteed tickets the upcoming season. Ticket availability will be determined after the current Season Ticket Member’s renewal and relocation program each offseason. Priority List members will be the first group contacted to acquire new season tickets following this process.
How will updates and other information be communicated to me during my time on the Priority List?
Email will be the primary form of communication for the Priority List information and updates. The Dolphins will make every effort to ensure email notifications are received in a timely manner, but the Dolphins cannot guarantee email delivery related to spam, filters, or other firewalls. Those on the list are responsible for maintaining a valid email address that is able to receive Dolphins Priority List emails, and are encouraged to notify the team if they feel communication is not being properly received by emailing prioritylist@dolphins.com. It is the sole responsibility of those on the list to promptly notify the Dolphins if their email or telephone number changes.
Is there an annual maintenance fee to hold my position on the list?
No. Once you place your deposits, you will remain on the Priority List until you are offered season tickets or request to be removed from the list.
How much do Season Tickets cost?

What if I am not offered Season Tickets for the following year?
In the event we are unable to offer you a Season Ticket Membership, you will remain on the Priority List and be contacted when seats do become available.
How long will it take for me to get Dolphins Season Tickets?
Ticket availability is based on the renewal rates of existing Season Ticket Members.
What if the 2026 Season Ticket Memberships are sold out?
In the event we are unable to offer Season Ticket Memberships in 2026, you will remain on the Waitlist and will be contacted when seats become available for you.
